I help Veterans build muscle and lose fat using my 3RS method.

Restore, Reinforce, Reengage, Sustain.

Here’s a story veterans know all too well:

“An out of shape veteran that used to work out and had an active lifestyle in the military. However, since moving into civilian life has become less active, more overweight, weaker, more depressed, and less physically capable. They realize that they need to make a change and become a superior version of themselves. They want to improve in all areas of their life, be better parents, better spouses, be better at their job, and HAVE better jobs. They want to crush it, they just need the right help and the right information.

If this sounds like you…you’re not alone, and we are here to help you.

“I truly believe in hard work, dedication, and self-discipline.

The Backstory Of

Rob REed

I served in the United States Army Airborne Infantry in the 82nd Airborne Division and the 101st Airborne Division. I deployed to Iraq in 2017. At this time I was the youngest and most junior member of my entire company. I was only 19 years old and was 6’4, 165 lbs razor thin. I was the weakest member of my platoon and had serious catching up to do if I was going to be able to do my job. I was teased endlessly for being so tall and skinny, but the teasing never bothered me. I legitimately thought it was funny. What kept me up at night was the very real possibility of one of my friends being shot or blown up and I wouldn’t be strong enough to carry or drag them to safety. I HAD to get stronger. I lifted weights and ate as much food as I could. I put on size and strength and worked hard to become a valuable member of the team. My health and fitness goals were literally a matter of life and death and I always treated it as such.

When I came home from deployment I went through one of the most difficult times in my life. Readjusting to life in the states was not easy for me and I dealt with a lot of depression and other mental health issues. I knew what was going on and I knew it could potentially take me down a dark road. We all have coping mechanisms and ways we deal with the stressors of life, I believe it is on us to choose the healthiest coping mechanisms we can. With this in mind I became dedicated to my fitness and health. I would do research before every single workout, ask older guys in my unit what worked for them, and use any strategy I could to support my mind and body. Once again my fitness had become, to me, a matter of life and death.
